The Journal of Statistical Research (JSR) invites manuscripts for a special issue to celebrate the 100-year founding anniversary of the University of Dhaka, 50th year of independence of Bangladesh. and JSR’s 50th year of publication. To memorialize these milestone anniversaries, the JSR will publish the special issue on the theme Statistics: Opportunities and New Challenges. The special issue will be dedicated to original research articles in the areas of both theoretical and applied statistics. The anticipated publication date for this issue is June 2021(Volume 55, Number 1).  The deadline for manuscript submission is March 01, 2021.
