Authors (1983) proposed and studied a class of estimators for estimating population mean, using auxiliary information in double sampling, and showed that estimators from proposed class are more efficient than many other estimators by various authors. In this paper attempt is made to reduce the bias of the class of estimators using generalized lack-knifing technique.
