Using supplementary information on auxiliary variable, Singh (1965) considered the question of improving ratio and product estimators for the estimation of ratio and product of population parameters. In this paper, for the estimation of ratio and product of population parameters, generalized estimators using auxiliary information have been proposed and comparative study of these proposed estimators has been made with the usual ratio and product estimators, and the estimator given by Singh (1965).
