I have been working in the development sector for last 17 years in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Germany. I worked with BRAC and then have been working with the German Humanitarian Assistance (The Johanniter)from 2006 in Afghanistan and Sri Lanka as Country Director.

Beyond my degree on Master of Demography, I obtained a post graduation degree on Health Management, Planning and Policy from Leeds University, UK. There are several web-based articles/publications/interview on my works in the website(www.johanniter.de).
