Abstract
Consider $m(>2)$ independent random samples from $m$ lognormal populations with mean parameter $\theta_1,\ldots,\theta_m$, respectively. A large sample test for the homogeneity of the mean parameters is developed. An estimator and a confidence interval are proposed for the common mean parameter. The asymptotic distribution of the proposed test-statistic under the null hypothesis as well as under local alternative is derived.
