This paper presents optimal 3x3, 3x4, and 3x5 row-column designs for two treatments in the presence of a symmetric doubly geometric correlated errors. All designs presented here minimize the variance of generalized least squares estimator of the difference between treatment effects under a correlated model that incorporates both fixed row and fixed column effects.
