Abstract

In this paper, derivations of the lower and upper bounds of the size of a sometimes-pool test (SPT) procedure for testing a hypothesis of no main treatment effect in a mixed model analysis of variance (ANOVA) with combination of crossed and nested classification are given in terms of preliminary and final levels of significance.
