Extension of ASD Approach to WANOVA-F Test Criteria of RBD

K. Sen (1989). Extension of ASD Approach to WANOVA-F Test Criteria of RBD. Journal of Statistical Research, Vol. 23, No. 1-2, pp.  ??-??.

Abstract

Asymptotic Series Development (ASD) approach is well-known for developing new test procedures for Heteroscedastic Analysis of Variance (HANOVA) as shown by James (1951, 54) and Sen (1984, 86, 87, 88). The same approach has been extended in this paper for developing new test procedures from Studentized WANOVA-F test criteria of RBD on the assumption that error variances ($ \sigma^2_i $'s) are unequal and unknown.
