Abstract
This paper addresses the problems of determination of optimal row-column designs for two treatments in the presence of doubly geometric correlated errors. Generalized least squares estimation of treatment contrasts is considered in a model with fixed row and column effects. For positive correlations, universally optimal designs are found when both p and q are even. For other situations, highly efficient designs are given.
