Dr Asaduzzaman has received the "Dean's Honour Award, 2012" for his paper "An overflow loss network model for capacity planning of a perinatal network", which was published in the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, series A in the year 2011. The Dean's Honour Award has been introduced to recognise the best paper published in a calender year by a member of the departments/institutes within the faculty of science. Dr Asaduzzaman won the award in the "Lecturer and Assistant Professor Category".
